New CP safety email list and CP Facebook page

1) New safety email list - We've created a new CP safety email list and you can sign up here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/candlerparksafety/

The main purpose will be to ensure everyone can get the word out quickly to residents when a crime has been committed in our neighborhood. It can also be used to share safety tips, and discuss any other safety related topics.

2) New Facebook page - CPNO finally has a Facebook page. Please go here: http://www.facebook.com/CandlerPark and "like" it so you'll get updates in your friend feed. Also, spread the word to others.

As a sidenote, we're a bit late to the FB page party because a commercial entity created FB pages for all the intown neighborhoods, got big fan bases, and then abandoned them; they have been unwilling to hand over the admin credentials. So now we're starting from scratch. Not ideal but we'll make the new page great! :)
