The agenda for the January Zoning Committee meeting is as follows:
- 479 Candler Street (V-15-340) – Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to reduce the required front yard setback from 35 feet to 18 ft and 5 inches.
- 512 Sterling Street (V-15-357) – Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to reduce the required front yard setback from 35 feet to 30 feet, to reduce the half-depth front yard from 17 feet to 5 feet, and to reduce the required south side yard setback from 7 feet to 1 foot six inches to construct a 2nd story addition to an existing single family residence.
