Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning code ordinance to (1) reduce the required south side yard setback from 7ft to 1 ft; (2) reduce the required rear yard setback from 15ft to 9ft. 8 inches (provided 5 ft. credit for half of adjacent alley) to allow construction of an accessory structure (freestanding carport).
The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. at Epworth Church, located at 1561 Mclendon Avenue.
