V-17-106, 1314 Iverson St.: Application is for a variance to reduce the half depth front yard setback from 15 ft to 0 ft in order to reconstruct a deck addition.
U-17-108, 284 Ferguson Ave.: Application for a Variance to reduce the front yard setback from 30ft to 25ft 2inches and to reduce the north side yard setback from 7 ft to 6.9 ft to allow for construction of a second story addition to a single family residence.
Z-17-18: Amendment to allow area of underground utility easement and common driveways to be incorporated in calculation when determining conformity for a lot and whether the lot is considered buildable.
Z-16-11: Amendment of zoning ordinance to create industrial mixed use zoning district as recommended in the 2016 Comprehensive Development Plan.
