The September Zoning Committee Meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2015. At this time, there is one residential variance application and one commercial special exception application as follows:

V-15-222 – Applicant seeks a special exception from the zoning ordinance to reduce the number of required off-street parking spaces from 54 spaces to 24 spaces to allow the conversion of retail to restaurant. (Pending lot consolidation)
34o Brooks Avenue, NE
V-15-215 – Applicant seeks a variance from zoning regulations to reduce the required front yard setback from 3o ft. to 25.9 ft. Applicant also seeks a variance to reduce the required north side yard from 7 ft. to 2.4 ft.
