The meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm by Christina Hodgen, President. The following Board members were present: Christina Hodgen, Chris Spruell, Sydney Bogess, Stacee White, Larry Compton, Bonnie Palter, Amy Wheeler. The agenda was adopted by unanimous consent. The June minutes were approved with one correction by unanimous consent.
Infrastructure Committee-Naoya Wada
The motion to support joining the Safe Street and Transit Coalition passed.
Technology Committee- Philip Ehrenberg
It was suggested that Google Docs (form) would be good for collecting Membership information and voting.
Treasurer- Amy Wheeler
In the process of obtaining the permit for FallFest from NPU N.
Membership- Sydney Bogess
The flags that were ordered are too large. Smaller ones will be obtained and the others will be returned.
Communication-
Editor-Brady Wilson(although not a Candler Park resident) has offered to edit The Messenger.
Nominating Committee is composed of Amy Stout, Eric Dusenbury,
Safety- Larry Compton
Engaged in conversation with Major Webster, Zone 6 Commander; plan to engage Engine 12 in similar conversation.
