The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by Christina Hodgen, President. The motion to adopt the agenda by unanimous consent passed. The motion to approve the October minutes by unanimous consent passed.
Guest Speakers/Announcements
- Crime/Safety – Sgt McKessey, Zone 6, reported on the last two months crime activity.
- The election of the new Board of Directors:
- The new members of the 2025 Board of Directors were individually elected by acclamation.

- Ryan Anderson, Candler Park Conservancy, for discussion only, described the proposed new Candler Park Pavillion. He is requesting a $45,000 donation from CPNO.
Committee Updates
- Treasurer Report (Amy Wheeler)
- Fall Fest made approximately $44,000.
- Infrastructure Committee (Naoya Wada)
- Noaya Wada reported on the completion of the Candler Park Drive/McLendon intersection. He also is requesting $5,000 to match funds from a City grant.
- Motion to support the $5,000 matching funds passed.
- Zoning (Jason Keys)
- Motion to support V-Z-24-551 Page Avenue variance passed. Variance Z-24-82 was supported by the Zoning Committee.
