Members’ Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Christina Hodgen, President. The agenda was adopted by unanimous consent motion. The minutes were approved by a unanimous consent motion.

Guest Speakers/Announcements

  • Crime/Safety – Sgt. Frasier, APD Team 6, reported a low crime rate for the past month.

  • Upcoming Events
    • Fall Fest Ball announced as September 28th
    • Fall Fest is Oct. 5+6

  • Membership eligibility almost complete-only nine ‘members’ not verified

Committee Updates

  • Infrastructure Committee – Naoya Wada reported that the Committee has obtained the permit from ATL DOT. Need volunteers.

  • Treasurer Report (Amy Wheeler)
    • Income $58,000
    • Review of Income and payouts

  • Historic Designation Committee (Emily Taff)
    • Review of goals, definition of terminology, and zoning
    • The motion to strike “a maximum of 35’” from principle structures of other uses passed.
    • The maximum of two ADU shall be permitted passed.
    • Final vote will be in October.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 pm.
