- U-19-037, 470 Candler Park Dr., Primavera School. Updated application and response to concerns discussed at the December Zoning Meeting. In December concerns were raised related to both the school and church operations including noise (school), parking, traffic, need for better signage (to prevent blocking driveway), landscape maintenance, trash removal, etc. The applicant was agreeable to work with the neighbors to try to address the issues in conjunction with church officials and have submitted an updated application for consideration.

- Discussion — ongoing concerns with new duplex construction on R-5 (duplex zoned) properties in Candler Park and discussion of ways to alter the current zoning to fit our desired outcomes.
