- CDP-22-000 – PROPOSED LAND USE AMENDMENT IN DRUID HILLS AND CANDLER PARK – VOTE – The land use designation of the parcels fronting on Fairview and North Avenue changed from Single Family Residential to Medium Density Residential between 2006 and 2007, but Staff cannot find the land use amendment ordinance that is needed to change the land use designation of these parcels and suspects that the land use amendment was done in error. To correct this error, a proposed land use amendment will change the land use designation of these parcels from Medium Density Residential to Single Family Residential and the land use designation of the parcels fronting on the north side of North Avenue that are mostly developed with single family homes and have an Open Space land use to Single Family Residential. Jessica Lavandier, Assistant Director, Office of Zoning and Development will be joining the meeting.
