- 1241 Euclid Ave (V-21-010) – revisit briefly, no change to plans but a variance is needed for the east yard setback as well. Committee (and CPNO membership) voted in support of this variance application last month.
- 1359 McLendon (V-21-061) – Variance request to reduce the required half-depth front yard setback (on the side, corner lot) from 17.5 feet to 15 feet for an addition to an existing sf dwelling.
