The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Christina Hodgen,President. The motion to adopt the agenda passed. The motion to approve the March minutes passed.
Historic Designation Committee
The motion to appoint Emily Taff as Chairperson of the Historic Designation Committee passed.
Emily Taff reported the status of the Committee. Funding is their main concern. Sources of funding were discussed-Amir Faroukhi,Councilman, may have some discretionary funds.
Infrastructure Committee- Matt Cherry will present update at the Members’ Meeting.
Officers Updates
Treasurer-Amy Wheeler Presented the FallFest budget for 2023. Motion commending the Treasurer for the FallFest Budget passed. Treasurer also reviewed the 2023 CPNO Budget. There was $5,000 in donations last month.
Membership-Roger Bakeman reported that there are over 800 members registered, the most in the CPNO history.
Communications- John Fleming stated he is receiving compliments on the Messenger content.
Fund Raising- Hallie Meushaw is looking for sponsorships.
External Affairs- DJ Roedger reported the CPNO FallFest received the Community Design Award. Patio Parties have been scheduled by The Little Five Points Business Alliance.( Fridays 6 PM – 10 PM, Saturdays 2 PM – 10 PM, and Sundays 2 PM – 8 PM from June 16 through September 10, L5PBA will be holding a series of patio parties in Findley and Davis Plazas). Moxie Burger Liquor License was supported.
Zoning-
Pizza Verdurra Sincera will be ready and present for the next Zoning meeting.
