The opening date for the Candler Park Pool is scheduled for June 10, 2023. This is a Phase 2 opening. (Phase 1 opening for some other pools is May 27th).
The pool is run by the City of Atlanta, Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR). For the latest information about the pool and other City of Atlanta pools, check their website.
Their website states that for 2023 all pools will be open Friday–Sunday 12:30 pm–7:00 pm with free admission, that the Candler Park pool will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, and that the Phase 2 pool schedule is subject to change. “As DPR hiring efforts continue, we expect to open additional locations earlier if feasible.”
