Zoning Agenda – April 2025

  1. V-25-071 545 Page Ave – variance for construction of a new single-family dwelling, detached accessory structure, retaining wall, and fence
    1. A reduction in the half depth front yard from 17.5 feet to 6.7 feet, matching the previously approved reduction in V-23-133 (11/9/2023)
    2. A front porch that is less than 8′ deep for a portion of the porch that is above and beyond the minimum size required
  2. V-25-15 Vape Shops – proposal to establish a minimum distance of 1000ft between vape shops; and minimum distance of 1000ft between vape shops and elementary and secondary schools
  3. V-25-10 SUP for Data Centers – proposal to require Special Use Permit for data centers due to significant amount of resources used and potential effects on neighboring properties.
  4. V-24-82 MRC-3 Density – amendment to existing affordable housing density bonus to increase usability and impact.
