The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Christina Hodgen, President. The motion to adopt the agenda passed. The motion to approve the Minutes with one correction passed.
Bylaws Committee-Roger Bakeman
Requesting suggestions for the needed changes in the Bylaws. Two new CPNO members who are also lawyers have volunteered to work on the Committee.
Treasurer-Amy Wheeler
Have received revenue from Artists of FallFest; paid the insurance; cancelled MailChimp; initiated Mailerlite for $128/year; Fall Ball tickets are on sale now and doing well.
Membership-Roger Bakeman
Need written instructions for Special Committees; Reinstate CPNO as producer of Movie Night. Will contact Dana Fowle for information on the company who will setup the movie, etc. Two offerings-April/May and October/September.
Fund Raising- Hallie Meushew
Working on collecting sponsorships. Already have $5,000 from Baer Realty and Pullman Yards.
Public Safety-Larry Compton
Zone 6 paying officer to sit in Precinct Office (Little Five Points).
Historic Designation Committee- Emily Taff, Chair
Emily is requesting $5,000 to get started and up to $15,000 additional in matching funds. Vote on money request in August.
