V-24-080 1511 McLendon Ave NE – Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front yard setback from 35′ to 30.5′. The current house already exists with the 30.5′ setback, the applicant is building a second story and not expanding the footprint forward.

V-24-111 491 Sterling St NE – Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front yard setback from 35′ to 11′ to convert an existing front porch into a bathroom. The current house already exists with the 11′ setback, the applicant is not expanding the footprint.
