The first weekend of April saw Little Five Points come alive, thanks, in part, to some good work by the L5P Business Alliance.
The group decided to jump start the Little 5 Fest, an event that featured a collection of fun lovers showing up to provide for other fun lovers.

There was lots of focus on the cul-de-sac, adjacent to Gregory L. Davis Plaza, and the new mural, at the foot of Seminole Avenue.
The Messenger reached out to long-time Candler Park resident Kelly Stocks, the volunteer president of the Little 5 Business Association, to ask how it all went down.
This enthusiastic email followed.
“L5P Business Association’s Spring event, Little 5 Fest, had L5 popping!! Our goal to activate the cul-de-sac was a success with epic vendors, amazing bands, street skaters, and yummy drinks. Vibrant, interesting people were out and about, and everyone had a blast.”
Another long-time Candler Park resident, Kelly Jordan, was at the Fest, along with his camera.
So, if you missed the big fun last weekend, enjoy the sights of some of those epic vendors, vibrant and interesting people, in Kelly’s photos.
