Motion to support the Candler Park Golf Tournament as presented in the CPNO Regular Meeting.
Motion to support the Vape Shop zoning ordinance amendment (25-O-1098, Z-25-15), amending the 1982 zoning ordinance with the new definition of “vape shops” along with language which states “..that no vape shop may be located within 1,000 feet of another vape shop nor may a vape shop be located within 1,000 feet of any elementary or secondary schools, child care nurseries, day care centers, prekindergartens, kindergartens, play and other special schools or day care facilities for young children” with the addition of the Zoning Committee’s additional language addendum to include other childcare properties in addition to elementary and secondary schools.
Motion to support the adoption of the Trails ATL plan as the city of Atlanta’s Master Plan for a citywide network of trails; to incorporate the Trails ATL plan into the city of Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan. (Presented in the April CPNO regular meeting. Please see https://www.trailsatl.com for review.)
Motion to support the Plan A/Comprehensive Development Plan update (25-O-1224). [NOTE: there is a LOT of information if you want to review prior to the meeting. www.AtlantaForAll.com . Given the huge document and unclear impact on Candler Park, he Zoning Committee has no recommendation].
