A quorum being present the meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm by Dana Fowle, President. The motion to adopt the revised agenda passed. The motion to approve the October Minutes passed.
- Messenger- Suggested topics are suicide prevention/hotline; City in the Forest; ReLoom
- Little Five Points Alliance- Joseph Hacker, CPNO representative, updated the Board on the activities of this newly formed Board.
- Sidewalk Project- Silvia Edelstein updated the Board on recent developments: the sidewalks in some areas are in such disrepair that it will take more money than expected to bring them up to code. Deadline has to be extended. Dana Fowle will attend the next Transportation Committee meeting to ask for City funds.
- Zoning- Bill Morris
There are three items for consideration: 1) 415 Sterling Street; 2) 482 Clifton Road; 3) City Ordinance to limit gas stations, car washes and battery exchange businesses.

- Rohini Kukrega reported she has an “understudy” who volunteered-Karin Mack.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:27 pm.
