Z-20-42 – Proposed Proactive Rezoning for Candler Park to Rezone R-5 (Two-family Residential) properties to R-5-C (Two-family Residential w/ Conditions) to encourage compatibility of new construction with existing residential properties and reduce onsite parking for new two-family structures; and for other purposes.
Motion to support Z-20-42 as it stood on June 15, 2020, was voted on and passed at the June 15 Candler Park Neighborhood Organization Member Meeting.
