Zoning Agenda – October 2025

  1. V-25-201: 1210 Dekalb Ave NE variance request to reduce half depth front yard from 15ft to 9.9ft and reduce east side yard setback from 7ft to 4.5ft for construction of a new duplex with attached garage and guest house (zoned R-5-C)
  2. V-25-202: 1216 Dekalb Ave NE variance request to reduce front yard setback from 30ft to 20ft for construction of a new duplex with attached garage and guest house (zoned R-5-C)
  3. V-25-204: 1220 Dekalb Ave NE variance request to reduce front yard setback from 30ft to 20ft for construction of a duplex and guest house (ADU) (zoned R-5-C)
  4. Z-25-63: City Zoning Ordinance Amendment to prohibit the use of barbed wire and razor wire along public rights-of-way (or along any private drive that services pedestrians) in all zoning districts.
