Quick note on Bylaws Amendment Proposals:
Those of you at the last meeting or who viewed the replay may recall that there are 2 proposed Bylaws Amendments for vote on this month’s agenda. These are substantive motions, so they will be voted on using the online mechanism after the meeting. Please review the links below on the proposed amendments, as we will not spend much time on the precise verbiage in the meeting unless attendees have specific questions.
Remember that Bylaws Amendments must be approved by a ⅔ majority of the membership.
