CPNO Porch & Block Party Sponsorship Guidelines

CPNO encourages members to organize porch and block parties! These informal gatherings are a fantastic way to connect and are open to all Candler Park residents.

How to Apply: Request funding, please apply in writing to the Membership Committee at membership@candlerpark.org.

• When to apply: Apply at least five days before the monthly member meeting so that we can announce the upcoming party at that meeting.
• What to include:
  • Proposed date and time
  • Location
  • Estimated budget

Post-Event & Reimbursements: CPNO will reimburse approved expenses up to $50 for porch parties and up to $250 for block parties.

To claim your reimbursement, please email a brief post-event report to the Treasurer at treasurer@candlerpark.org. Your email must include:

1. The approximate number of attendees.
2. Itemized receipts for all expenses. (Note: Non-itemized receipts cannot be accepted for reimbursement).
