Past Officers

With gratitude we remember those who have served CPNO in the past.  Officer positions have changed some over the years.  For 2005 and before eight officers were elected: president, vice-president, communications, environment, finances (treasurer), safety, special events, and zoning.  In 2006 recording secretary and membership were added and communications deleted (put back in 2011).  The 2015 bylaws revision eliminated vice-president and environment officers, replaced special projects with fund raising, and added NPU representative to external affairs. (These names come from the Messengers in our archive, which lacks issues from 1989-1994 and 1996-1997.)
